✦ Humanoid robots – for medical practices

robojam · Service for practices

robojam More time for people

We bring humanoid robots into medical practices – trained in our own practices, maintained and repaired by us. The robot takes care of routine tasks, your team takes care of the patients.

Robots support. People care.

Video

robojam in 60 seconds

A short look at our vision: how humanoid robots take the load off the practice team.

The video is in German and shows AI-generated visualisations. It only starts when clicked and contains sound.

Use cases

Where robojam takes the load off your team

From reception to the storeroom: the robot handles recurring tasks – alongside the team during the day, on its own at night. That leaves more time for what only people can do.

Humanoid robot greeting a patient at the practice entrance

Welcome & guidance

Greeting patients, showing them the way to the waiting area or treatment room, answering simple questions – so the front desk team is free for matters that need experience.

Humanoid robot working at a computer at the reception desk

Reception

Registering patients, reading health insurance cards, looking up appointments – at the reception desk robojam can also cover off-peak hours.

Humanoid robot attaching ECG electrodes while a nurse watches

ECG assistance

Attaching electrodes and preparing the patient – always under the supervision of qualified medical staff. Interpretation and decisions remain with the physician.

Humanoid robot handing a tray of supplies to a nurse, an elderly patient smiles

Supporting the team

Handing over supplies, saving walking time, fetching and carrying. The nurse has both hands free for the patient.

Humanoid robot stocking shelves with supplies at night

Night logistics

Unpacking deliveries and stocking consumables while the practice is closed. In the morning everything is ready.

Humanoid robot cleaning the practice corridor at night with a cleaning machine

Cleaning

Floor cleaning overnight – corridors, waiting area, examination rooms. The practice opens clean in the morning.

Note: The images are AI-generated visualisations of our vision – not photographs from day-to-day practice operations.

People remain responsible

robojam supports, but makes no medical decisions. Diagnosis, therapy and every medical decision remain with the physician and the practice team. Every deployment is agreed with you in advance and planned with patient safety and data protection in mind.

Services

Everything from a single source

You don't get a robot in a box, you get a service: from consulting and training to repair.

Consulting & needs analysis

We look at your practice and your workflows and work out where a robot really helps – and where it doesn't.

Delivery & setup

We deliver the robot, set it up on your premises and introduce your team to it.

Training in our practices

Before robojam comes to you, it learns its tasks in the real daily routine of the Dr. Sandrock und Partner practices.

Maintenance & service

Regular maintenance, software updates and a dedicated contact person when something doesn't go as planned.

Repair service

If something fails, we repair it – on site or in our workshop – so your practice is back to full speed quickly.

Training new tasks

As your practice changes, the robot learns with it: we train new tasks in our practices and roll them out to you.

Service & repair

When something goes wrong, we're there

A robot in a practice has to work – every single day. That's why maintenance and repair are an integral part of what we do.

Maintenance, repair, updates

We look after the technology so your team can look after the patients.

  • Regular maintenance – mechanics, batteries, sensors and safety functions are checked on schedule
  • Repair – report a fault, we analyse it and repair on site or in our workshop
  • Software updates – new capabilities and safety improvements, tested in our practices
  • One contact – you don't call the manufacturer, you call us

Already using a robot?

Get in touch – we'll check whether we can take over maintenance and repair for your device as well.

Training

Trained where medicine happens

No lab, no trade-fair stand: robojam learns in real everyday practice.

In the Dr. Sandrock und Partner practices

Our robots are trained in the cardiology practices of Dr. Sandrock und Partner – with real workflows, real rooms and a team that works with patients every day. Only what works reliably there is brought to you.

  • Tasks are practised and checked during regular practice operations
  • Physicians and qualified medical staff define the workflows
  • Experience from every practice flows back into all robots

“Technology takes the load off. People help.”

About us

Who is behind robojam

Physicians who use technology – not technology looking for physicians.

From cardiology into the practice

robojam was founded by Dr. med. Markus Sandrock, cardiologist and founder of Dr. Sandrock und Partner – specialists for heart & lung. The group's practices are also where our robots are trained.

Our partner for software and AI is benisa, the technology company behind the Cathlab Manager.

Dr. med. Markus Sandrock

“Every day in our practices I see how much time goes into walking, supplies and routine – time that is missing for patients. robojam is meant to give exactly that time back.”

Frequently asked questions

What practices ask us

Data protection, responsibility, hygiene – the key answers at a glance.

The robot has cameras and microphones – what happens to patient data?

We plan data protection into every deployment from the start: sensors are used only as far as the task requires, data is processed locally wherever possible, and there are no recordings for other purposes. Before deployment we sign a data processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR and go through the data protection impact assessment together.

Is a robot allowed to perform medical tasks?

robojam assists – it does not treat. Tasks such as attaching ECG electrodes are carried out only as delegated assistance under the supervision of qualified medical staff. Diagnosis, therapy and every medical decision remain with the physician.

Will robojam replace my practice team?

No. robojam takes over routine – walking, supplies, cleaning, simple questions. The team gains time for patients and for everything that requires experience and empathy.

Who is liable if something goes wrong?

Responsibilities, liability and insurance are clearly set out in the contract before deployment. Every area of use is agreed with you in advance and tested in our practices.

How is the robot kept hygienically clean?

The surfaces can be wipe-disinfected. We include the robot in your practice's hygiene plan and define when and how it is cleaned.

What happens if the robot breaks down?

Your practice keeps running – people remain responsible, the robot only takes the load off. Report a fault directly to us and we take care of diagnosis and repair.

When can I use robojam in my practice?

We first train the robots in the Dr. Sandrock und Partner practices. Interested practices can get in touch now – for example as a pilot practice. We will then talk about your needs.

Become a pilot practice

Be one of the first practices with robojam

For the first deployment phase outside our own practices we are looking for a small number of pilot practices.

What to expect as a pilot practice

  • Early access – you use robojam before it is generally available
  • Shape it – you help decide which tasks the robot learns
  • Close support – a direct line to our team, from setup to service
  • Terms – agreed individually with you

What we hope for

Openness to new things, a dedicated contact person in your team and honest feedback – so that robojam gets better for every practice.
